The worst app I have ever dealt with in my life. 1-they are removing the missing items and 2-removing the promo code from your order. 3-deducting money you didn't agree on 4-All that without getting back to you I don't recommend to save your credit card on that application The customer service is the worst at all not responsive not giving any solutions.

incompetent all across the board. not sure how they took the grocery business on smiles. not helpful, slow and not honest (claiming to have delivered when they have not done so). Also, no response on support email either.

The worst shopping app and the worst support system and support team as well, just I want to list few issues out of the plenty issues that I encountered: * Late delivery in 90% of the orders * Unavailability of items in most of the orders * Very bad and poor support system, their system is far behind others * Very bad and helpless unqualified support team * Duplicate debit for the same transaction with no positive response from unqualified support team * No call center to call them.
