Awful. I tried to get into my previous app, but it kept saying that it was under maintenance and wouldn't let me in for over a week. So I went on to the Play store to see if I could manually update it, lo and behold my bank has a whole new app that I knew nothing about. I go into it I don't get my text alerts anymore all of my accounts have the same numbers so I don't know which account is which anymore. It's absolutely awful.

Poor, was never notified that they were updating anything and changing the app. Now that I got that figured out it seems that the app is always down for maintenance still. Elevations used to be great and then they changed routing numbers to make it very hard for direct deposit and now I can't even deposit a check without going to the bank. It's ridiculous.

This app has been absolutely useless to my team and I since the update merging the business and individual apps. Who the heck forces their clients to a new app that clearly was not tested as extensively as it should have been, and then does not fix the problems for.... 3 weeks and counting!? I would have thought there'd be a lot more attempts to update instead of leaving us in limbo and silence for so long!
