13 Months Ethiopian Calendar & Events
The app includes all Ethiopian calendar features with additional and useful features. The following are the major features of the app.
Beautiful User Interface Design: The overall UI design focuses on how to make all functionalities easy but smooth and elegant at the same time.
Ethiopian Oriented: The app will occasionally provide you with important events that happened in the past or will happen in the future to help you be reminded about our country Ethiopia.
Calendar Features: Common calendar features are included in a better way with a great look and easy flow. Month and Year view, Daily task management with notifications, Date converter from Gregorian to Ethiopian and vice versa, Mark and list national days, and more.
Simple Widget: Include this widget to access the Ethiopian current day with a Gregorian equivalent. This widget works seamlessly with a bright or dark home screen background.
Find Service Provider: Look for your favorite organization or business and select them as your SERVICE PROVIDER, by doing this, you will be more close to them and get updates of their events and notifications with no effort.
Multiple Languages Support: In addition to the international English language; you can choose among three different local languages Amharic(Default), Oromiffa, and Tigregna. The app also includes the Geez number format as a default option.
Easily Add and Manage your schedules and tasks with extra importance label colors and notification options.
Theme Preference: You can choose between a Light or Dark theme that suits your preference.
National Days and Holidays: Users will receive organized content about each of the Ethiopian National days with brief information about when and why they are celebrated as events.
Configurable: Users can alter most configurations such as Language, Notifications, Theme, Number Format, and others.
Notifications of your Interests: We will ask you to choose at least three interests of yours and we will show you events and related content that match your interests. You can opt-out not to receive notifications and receive these contents whenever you open the app with an internet connection is enabled.
If you see any interesting content in the app, then you are a click away to share the content to your favorite social media or via email.
FUTURITY: Although the app delivered most of the expected features for a basic calendar, we still are working on the enhancement and heading for the second version very soon including integrating our backend with our chrome extension "13 Months Ethiopian Calendar" (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/13-months-a-complete-ethi/ondhkkolbekkggkoaealjellfcoecima?hl=en).
