Tried to set up account and got not verification code via email. I then tried to phone option and it's UK phone number only. From reading the reviews most have the same issue yet the app owners have not responded to all these issues. Waste of time installing as I have tried 3 times with no results

Can't create an acc. Can't get verification code when I enter email where I received my gift card. So frustrating. Seems to be an ongoing issue judging by the other reviews . Also when downloading the app it's saying getmyecard Australia, so not an option ringing from Ireland.

Received a Perx card however thr App would not allow me access and did not send verification code to either my email or phone no matter how often I sought this when prompted. Very poor and frustrating service platform for this particular means of payment.
