Ratings and reviews

It crashed phone upon startup with registration. Once registered online, you can skip the initial registration step and just sign in. From there it seems to work OK. I also used the other configuration app from juicenet to configure the juicebox rather than this app and it worked with minor glitches. Ultimately, since it crashes my phone on registration step i think it should be rated very low. After update it is insanely intrusive with data collection. Deserves zero

Got my JuiceBox and followed the the quick setup card. Downloaded the app, created an account, connected to Wi-Fi and everything was good to go, flawless easy setup. App is working just fine and showing accurate information as compared to what my car is showing, which is a 2022 Chevy bolt EV. The reason for four stars instead of five is because I would love to see integration between this app and the my Chevy app. Would be great if they could connect and talk to each other. Please consider this!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I'm not having any problems setting this thing up, I have a 2016 Chevy volt and the 40 amp juicebox pro. I've had it on the wall for over a year now but just never installed the app until today. everything seems to be working as planned no problem getting it to sync up on Wi-Fi and completed all my information, looks like I'm ready to go. if I run afoul of any other issues I'll back off of the four stars, for the moment it's all hooked up .
