If i can give 0 stars i would. The app constantly glitches, i get load notifications that i cant access, i miss out on a lot of load opportunities because of this. And they are forcing it on us despite all these issues. Ive tried many time to contact HR and Driver support and no help & no answer. Its such a waste!

This is garbage and company pampering. My location is not displayed, I don’t know if it was correctly determined or not when manually updating, not auto-locating, it shows the day before yesterday’s offers and they can’t be deleted, very unfriendly........... P.S. The application is gradually correcting its errors. Getting better. And I am correcting my rating from 1 star to 3. The company still remains very unfriendly and has problems...

This app sucks. No other way to put it. I've shared my input various times with operations at Empire and for nothing. It's useless for the drivers. You have status options which are IMPOSSIBLE to update. Not to mention this is real battery drain. My phone is constantly alerting me to put app to sleep due to excessive battery consumption
