About this app

The EmpyreanGO App is a free benefits enrollment mobile app for eligible users to easily access their benefits enrollment information in the palm of their hand.

Users can view their benefit history, review current benefits, and access and enroll in future plan years – including selecting from eligible products, adding/verifying dependents and updating beneficiaries.

Just downloaded and its frustrating already... I haven't even been able to access my account yet, once I put all my login information in and tap login, it acts if its logging in and stays as a blank page and I wait for 5 to 10 minutes, set my phone down and go do something and come back, the page is fully loaded and still blank. By that point I'm usually frustrated and try to refresh and it immediately goes to an error link resubmission page. Ill just use the website on my internet browser.

This app is utterly pointless. It only shows you the plans you're subscribed to through your employer, but doesn't provide plan details or useful information like web links, phone numbers, addresses, etc. It will allow you upload photos of your insurance cards, but that's the only way you can add them. Digital ID cards cannot be imported. On a positive note, I did not experience the performance issues other people have reported.

I spent a good amount of time uploading ALL of my cards to this app. They were wiped less than 2 months later. Absolute waste of time, and gave me the incentive to store my cards even more god-knows-where than I normally do, so fml I guess. Can records be recovered? Are cards stored locally or via cloud? Is it possible a secure portal or cloud option could be created so this doesn't happen to people? Let's fix this. I'm happy to help if needed.
