Can't get app to work. App worked when I first opened it, except for being able to swipe a card (never connected to card reader). So I closed the app and as soon as I did, the app crashed. Now I can't get the app to open at all, so I uninstalled. Using a Samsung Note 8.

Successfully got into app once, appears okay to use once in, but the app keeps unpredictably crashing when I try to use it. What's the point of a card reader if I have to flounder and restart my phone with a client sitting in front of me waiting to pay? What an embarrassment. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

App was great for almost 6 years until I got my Note 9. I called their support team and it seems there's a compatibility issue. They need to do an app Update/Upgrade to be compatible with newer devices, but there's no info on when that will happen. My Note 4 and Ellipsis 7 Tablet work fine with the app.
