The app is such a pain, lots of useless steps to complete something simple. Why can't creators actually make something that helps instead of creating something that makes the job so miserable. A scanner would make everyone much happier HINT, HINT, HINT!!

This app was really good when I first starting using it for about 6-8 months but lately (1-3 months) it seems to have problems saving data that I've entered so I have to redo which really sucks

My device isnt compatible with the version. Apps should be designed so that all phone devices can download them regardless if they are older phone models or not. It's causing me to lose out on work opportunities.
