I've only used it once and I enjoyed how user friendly it was. However...I ignored the instructions to sit there for 10 minutes with the app on your phone because I thought surely thats ridiculous, there's no way itd lose the scans after it says I submitted them....SURE ENOUGH, IT DIDNT WORK lol that should probably be fixed. ive never had to wait any amount of time after something says its submitted on any app, ever.

While it's easy to use, support is absolute garbage. It randomly won't save photos (or the corresponding prices), causing you to double back. What's especially comical is that it never did this until they sent out an email saying this issue was fixed. Now it happens all the time.

This app has been broken for 2 years. I can be pricing items and it asks for a random mandatory photo and then poof all the prices disappear that I entered in that Mission and all other missions. I have brought to their attention multiple times and nothing is done to fix it. The old app worked flawlessly. This is garbage.
