After 2 years of trying to get these two monitors to work, they've decided now to charge a monthly fee for what was free and was the whole reason I purchased to begin with. Their support is a joke, they always say to send an email on the reviews, but they don't really answer the questions. Total scam. Totally unreliable. I'll be looking for another solution to replace these incompetent thieves

It used to be free... With all the features. Now they updated it and stared charging 29MXN Fdor something that was the reason you buy this thing. I stopped using it altogether since there is no benefit on having it, either way their alarms never worked and placing an order to buy gas was harder and more expensive. So I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS AT ALL. Improving the time experience by charging money for the basic function is not an improvement. I can check my gas manually every month.

Bought one of their gas tank level monitoring devices. It worked for about 3 or 4 months. It still shows up as a Bluetooth device on my Android phone, but the Levelgas app refuses to see the device. Sent an email rrquesting support. No response. Save your money. Don't buy anything from these idiots!
