It runs itself once loads are input from dispatch the app execute all the steps before you get to the receiver where they are to sign the app but the app bypasses all that and has you set up for the last step. Accept the load start the route to the load end route to the load pick up load depart from pick up arrive to receiver get signature depart from receiver arrive to trailer drop off depart from trailer drop off end of transaction. It skips all steps will not synchronized always an error

Glitchy, buggy garbage software, freezes and crashes frequently. I cannot warn you strongly enough against downloading this pathetic excuse for an app.
