Just moved here and created an account w/ EPB online then downloaded the app. It works fine for me, I'm able to log in, see my current usage, etc... but there's no way to pay my bill online with it. I guess I'm used to my old electric cooperative in another state that had an app that did everything this one does, but I had the ability to pay my bill too so that's why I knocked off two stars on this one. Isn't the purpose of an app to make things simpler and not having to log in online?

Can't create an account or login. It's almost as useless as their website. However their customer service when you call is awesome everyone is very nice..... But I hate taking on the phone. Please fix the app or at least the website so I can pay

I will re-do this review when the issue is resolved, but right now when I'm trying to log in, I just keep getting the message, "EPB is currently experiencing server problems. Please try again later." I just moved in and don't have internet yet, so with my prepay for electric, I definitely want the ability to see where my use is via the app. Thanks!
