needs notification sound options, it has one sound that tbh isn't good a lot of firefighters I know who use this app can sleep and not here this notification sound. this app can be better then active911 and rover ECT.....except for the fact they won't let you assign your own ringtone sound for the app like the others do. and in small town departments where radio issues are huge and we rely on this app for dispatches it's not good only having one weak sound to use for the app. please fix this.

Extremely disappointed. It’s clear why many departments in our area have moved to other platforms. Unlike apps like Active911 or Second Signal, this one doesn't send notifications unless it's left running in the background—a major flaw for users who regularly close apps. On top of that, the call reporting system is overly complicated and inefficient, making it frustrating to use. It needs serious improvements to be a reliable tool for emergency responders.

App is garbage. Only works occasionally with longs periods (measured in weeks not hours) of the system being down. Online portal allows users to lock reports before all responding parties can add involements. "Standby at station" function apparently cause problem with the system. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE FOR FIRST RESPONDERS.
