Terrible. Half the time the machines aren't connected and you can't use the app. Even when you can, it takes longsr than using a card. For dryers, you have to make a new connection for each 10-minute increment, so it takes much, much longer than using a card. It also tells you the wrong time for when your cycle is complete (often 20 minutes early), and is wrong about which machines are free. It does many things wrong and nothing well.

It's an okay app when it works, but recently it stopped connecting to any of the machines on my android. Also, you can only add money to your account in increments of $10, which is a common scam that always leaves more money in your account than you need (since the machines cost $2.25). Only reason I don't give 1 star is that their customer support was surprisingly easy for me to reach after one of the machines didn't use any water on my clothes (lol), and they refunded me.

Absolutely terrible - frequently has issues connecting to the machines, doesn't work well when it loses internet (something that frequently happens in a basement laundry room), doesn't have correct locations for some addresses (it took me a month to realize it even had my apartment because it's listed on the map a mile from its actual location) Even when working normally, it's slow and frustrating to use. Starting machines takes forever and often fails.
