Dumb & useless app. Keep spamming notification. require to verify the ID and collect the card physically to even pay for parking

The car plate recognition system not working, I cannot switch to card and force to use cash payment. If you cannot confirm the car plate system is stable, please don force us to use it, back to card base

Ridiculously intrusive notifications, borderline spam with no way to turn off marketing-only notifications. One Utama management forcing users to switchover to LPR with an e-wallet that only caters to one mall, with no other options for payment is insanely manipulative.
