Update: barcode scanning failure was a printing fail by the vendor. After a bit of effort and reprinting, the scanning behaves. If you have multiple barcodes close together it can be difficult to get the right one without picking up extras though. As far as the rest of the app, the UI isn't super intuitive. I assume that's because it supports more features than I'm using. It does work though. Original (1 star): Barcode scanning doesn't work....

The Trackstock app has been instrumental in streamlining our inventory processes. The scanning capabilities have increased our speed and accuracy tremendously. Our technicians have found it easy and convenient to use in the field as well. Excellent app and excellent customer support.

With the latest update the app is now considerably less convenient as I can no longer pin UDFs and have to manually enter them in every line. Previously I was able to pin them on the pulls screen and the UDFs would auto-populate on every new line. With this fixed the app would deserve 4 stars.
