The DSV TRACK app is the digital interface for logistics service providers for mobile status recording of shipments. in the automotive sector.

With the app, you have the option of quickly and easily capturing status information on the transport and transmitting it to DSV.

The app contains the following features:

- Receipt and confirmation of digital transport orders
- Tracking, as well as taking into account the traffic situation / traffic jam for the actual transport time to calculate the estimated time of arrival ETA
- Submission of status reports, idle times, waiting times and deviations with one click
- Messages on stop and waiting times, breaks, delays due to e.g. breakdowns, traffic jams, etc.
- Time stamp for loading and unloading
- Location determination by GPS
- Processing of the tour in offline mode or with limited network availability
- Update of tour data in real time with information on tour stops and broadcasts
- Digital documentation of damage caused by photos
