It is incredibly frustrating to be locked out of my account like that, especially when I have been using it for a year! Not being able to access my reservations or customer info, coupled with the lack of support response, would definitely leave anyone feeling stuck and helpless. It's concerning that I am encountering this "no account exists" message despite having an established history with the platform, and the silence from support is only adding to the problem.

App worked well on my phone(S21 ultra) for a while. But now it has suddenly stopped giving notifications when my screen is locked. I went through all notification settings, made sure everything was being allowed, and had necessary permissions, etc. Even tried uninstall & reinstall to no avail. I wish there was a superior alternative. I have and undoubtedly will continue to miss out on hundreds of dollars because of this issue. I know I'm not the only one at my company having this issue. PLS FIX!

totally unacceptable! useless app and force to go to another service! tech support is probably still in training, and haven't got a clue on how make this app fully functional.
