If you switch out of the app and come back to it, it freezes. It constantly says that it "failed to start scan for Wi-Fi", making it impossible to view your videos without shutting off your camera and closing the app. It still needs a function to memorize two cameras because pairing only intermittently works. Please fix this stuff. Labeling videos takes way too long.

As one of the agencies that have agreed to use this technology, the app is absolutely terrible since it's most recent update. The videos often fail to play through the app and that's assuming that you get a connection with the camera. Nothing has worked to play the videos regardless of what steps are taken. I have spoken with our Body Cam unit about these issues with the software from this company. Samsung Galaxy S10+

Thank you for your feedback. We have made an update to the application since your review. If you are having the same problem with the latest release, version 5.0.3 (335), please open the Contact Support option from Settings and send an email to support so we can look into the issue.

I have to use this application for work. I've been using it for years and it's always been one of the worst apps on my phone. Bluetooth takes an absurdly long time to connect to the body 2 camera. When connected you will drop connection. Starting this week with the most recent update to Android OS the app now loses connection in 5 seconds, so I can't view or label video. I contacted Axon about this and they explained that my phone is connecting back to actual wifi instead of the BWC. No solution
