Trying to connect my speaker and it says I need an account to use it. It's telling me to contact an agent to set up an account but the app gives me no where to go to contact anyone. Help would be appreciated.

Sorry, it looks like you might be using the wrong app for your speaker. This app, ConnectLED, is used for connecting to Evluma lighting products, not speakers.
