My husband scheduled an order at 5:30 pm to be delivered by 7 pm. By 7 he still hadn't received an email letting us know the order was picked up. We waited, but nothing. The app has no way to track an order and no contact information or way to report a problem. He Googled it and found a number to call, only to be given a bunch of excuses that made no sense, including daylight savings time messing up the website, even though the change hadn't even happened yet. Long story short, steer clear.

Super convenient, but just want to say that the pale yellow text against a white background is suuuuuper hard to see (for food descriptions and stuff) my partner didn't even notice it was there at first.

Found the 1 major thing wrong with this app. If for any circumstance you need to cancel your order there is absolutely NO WAY OF DOING SO. NO CANCEL OPTION, NO WAY TO CONTACT EXPRESS WAITERS, NOTHING. And their wait times are so ridiculous 80% of the time! What is wrong with this picture?!?!
