Update: Since the recent update the app works great and does exactly what i needed. Now it was a little off putting that the one thing I was needing it for, notifications, is now locked behind a pay wall. I used the free trial to test to make sure it functions. though now I can't seem to get back to check the discount for lifetime to see if the value is worth it. Much thanks to the dev for updating and addressing concerns.

Bought this app recently. It has easy to understand interface. Works as mentioned after the updates. I encountered an issue and contacted support. They helped out immediately to resolve it. Great support.

Decent app for what it does. There are not many apps that randomize notification sounds. This is the least glitchy, but heavier monetized. Definitely doesn't require payment though. It can get stuck repeating a single sound from the list of set sounds, you have to clear storage and then remake the playlist to get it working again. Not really too big of a deal, if you keep your sounds organized outside of the app.
