UPDATE (12-5-23): The 2.1 update seems to fix the notification issue. If the update isn't listed, uninstall and reinstall the app. For this reason, and due to how quickly support was able to get the issue fixed (about a week after emailing them), I've decided to update my rating to 4 stars. App worked well up until about 2 months ago when I stopped receiving notifications for assignments. Reached out to support and let them know of the issue but can't give above 1 star until the issue is fixed.

I have been working as a substitute Program Leader for Think Together since late February of 2023. While still at training, I was told this app was still in beta. Up until about mid-April, this app was working fine. Since then, I have not been able to secure a single job! I open a job alert instantly, and by the time the app opens (which takes about 1 minute), the job is gone! Whatever bug this is, it needs to be fixed!

update 11.13.25- doesn't even load anymore. The forgot password and link to website work but it doesn't auto sign in and the log in button is useless. website works but it doesn't send alerts, except test ones,which work fine. App just doesn't load. this app has so many issues but when it works it's okay-ish. Alerts are often down or delayed. Often by the time it finally loads the day has been taken by another sub.
