Need to state that you need to endorse the back of the check, this is not common with other remote deposit applications. Also why does it take you to the down your app page to leave a comment? if you didn't have the app you couldn't make a deposit. Other than that this is a great tool and useful for those that work 8-5.

It's a great service and the application is easy to use. My only complaint is that isn't operational 24/7. It gives a service unavailable message with a 800 number to call. I would much appreciate if the unavailability was explained better.

the app is easy to use and convenient except for not being able to make a screenshot when you make a transfer, and the app continues to stop working every 20 to 30 seconds, it's very frustrating.
