I like that you can pay online with almost anything today but what i dont like about this app is, it doesnt store card info so i dont have to put the same info in everytime. I also dont like that when its paid its not a "insurance card" sent out automatically in the mail. I have not gotten a card. I got one in the mail probably 2 times when i started now i dont received them. This is Very inconvenient app.

This app used to work great before the last 2 updates. I uninstalled and reinstalled both times and it won't load my policy. It keeps crashing at the login. Please fix this. It's extremely irritating and I rely on this to pay. Thank you.

Been with Falcon for 7 plus years never missed or been late on payment nor have I or my wife gotten any tickets but they have raised my rates every year by about $5 each time. This month I got my renewal and it jumped up $17 they have given not reason this time or any other time. I will be looking for another company.
