I took a three month package. It worked great then the app stopped working over a week now...I emailed twice for support and no one contacted me...I saw the app state it moved Walog, however I already paid for three months to the Familog app and now it seems my remaining subscription won't be transferred and that's not fair........Can someone please help...

Was a great app.. reasonable price. Then it stopped working and they turned off the contact form. They then announced that they were moving to a new app and rather than granting their current customers the ability to use the new app they more than quadrupled their price and continued to charge for the old one that doesn't work. That is stealing and mischievous. Find another company that's more ethical than this one.

Hello, WE MOVED TO WALOG. Currently, the tracking process continues without any problems. We have started to provide VIP service. Terrible app. Last 3 days every morning I have had to restart the app by clicking on 'start' because the app stops working and every morning when I wake up i can't see any activity that may have happened during the previous night. Paid 3 months subscription. Either refund me or fix your app and compensate me. At this time ide stay away from this developer.
