Ratings and reviews

Not user friendly. Always have issues. Every day we get an error message when trying to turn on our cards. We then have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. We no longer get notifications when our cards is used even though notifications have been allowed through the app and on my phone. We've been with this bank for about 20 years and are seriously considering closing out our accounts.

Honestly this app barely does the bare minimum. I can't count the times I've had issues right at the log in screen. No, I should not have to talk to support every single time just to log in.. or even go out of my way to log in on a desktop first then try again on my phone? This has been so much more of an inconvenience than not. I can't even check my balance most days anymore. I am very close to switching banks. I've been with Farmers my whole life and it's still very outdated.

Love, love, love this app since it's been updated & fixed! I especially love the very specific notifications that can be set up. THAT is very worth the extra time it takes to set up specific notification. As a person of an older generation, who also worked in a bank, I NEED to know exactly what is going on with my account, BUT I don't want to be bothered if nothing is happening. This app is great!!! The Help number is quite kind about my lack of technology knowledge.
