Not user friendly. Always have issues. Every day we get an error message when trying to turn on our cards. We then have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. We no longer get notifications when our cards is used even though notifications have been allowed through the app and on my phone. We've been with this bank for about 20 years and are seriously considering closing out our accounts.

Honestly this app barely does the bare minimum. I can't count the times I've had issues right at the log in screen. No, I should not have to talk to support every single time just to log in.. or even go out of my way to log in on a desktop first then try again on my phone? This has been so much more of an inconvenience than not. I can't even check my balance most days anymore. I am very close to switching banks. I've been with Farmers my whole life and it's still very outdated.

I have had issues from day one. Have had to call customer service ever time I need to use a feature on the app. And it never recognizes my credentials... and won't accept the "reset password " password. Caused my account to overdraft 2 months in a row because I can access the app or customer service when I needed them. Hate the app and the bank!
