Ratings and reviews

Barely works. Often when we get on, the main screen pops up and nothing else will load, if anything loads in the first place. We've been customers for years now and there is just very little improvements or features with this app/ bank. Customer service is very helpful during their short time of operation, but it's just getting more and more frustrating.

New app is Waaayyyy better than the old one. Easy to use, mobile check deposit is great. One issue I have however that you are limited to 6 transfers a month. With people trying to social distance and stay away from others, there should be no limit. Now if the ATMs were like this app where you can access all accounts at the same time that would be the great.

The app was okay. But after the latest update, the sign in page doesn't even load on my device. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and I was able to sign in once. After the one time, the sign in screen didn't load again. Please please please make your website ALSO mobile friendly.
