Ratings and reviews

Definitely not an auction. If they would list the reserve as the starting bid, no one would ever make deposits. Most on here are looking to get close to 80% of market without paying a middle man. Edit: You shouldn't say it's an auction if you intend to keep deposits for 2 weeks to a month. Just say you want market value and compete with Zillow, post pictures and all. Don't keep everything private and then hold deposits because that's shady

Awful business practices. I won two bids (10/25/2024 & 10/29/2024) and both auctions were cancelled after it closed. I texted nearly everyday since if there was an acceptance decision from the seller, and the bot responded with there has not been an acceptance decision. It never said it was cancelled. I had money tied up in the bids. Today I spoke with Emma who said there must be a technical issue with the system and that's why I wasn't notified of the cancellation. I'm asking for a refund.

This app is 100% a scam. Do not give them any money, you will not see it again. The homes they have listed are not up for auction. I checked with a different real estate company to verify the MLS they listed, and nothing returned. The county also had no information on the property being foreclosed on. The LLC stated on the listing had only been in operations for 3 months and the agent listed was inconsistent with this info was well. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
