App keeps freezing not opening. Error message. I have to uninstall every month . im getting tired of having this problem on every phone. What is up with your App

App keeps crashing. I can't open the app up without it closing down😤. I have to have this app for business when I'm away from home and can't even use it.

Had this app for 2 days and it crashes everytime I try to open it. Getting tired of uninstalling n reinstalling. The app still doesn't open once I reinstall it
