Ratings and reviews

The app won't do anything half the time I try to check my balance or try to log in. It just freezes up all the time! And I get SO MANY overdraft charges all the time and it's over things I did not authorize. I've had to get 5 or 6 new cards in the past year and a half. Thinking about changing banks fr.

At least once a week, I get a box pop up saying credentials can't be verified. App does not have enough options, such as update phone number, change security question... Frustrating wondering if I can login today, without having to try over and over and over again...

Honestly, this is a decent app. I'm giving it a low rating because there is a simple feature that would make the app much more convenient, and I know it's been requested before. The website has the option to label, or add a description, to a transfer. This makes it easier to know what money being transferred is for. All I'm asking is that they add this feature to the app. Literally just a line for you to add a description. 🙂
