This app is a pain to deal with. Every single time I open it I get some sort of error, and other reviews will prove it isn't my phone that's the problem. Right before writing this, it tried telling me that I didn't have internet service when I've been watching yt vids for an hour or so no problem. Sometimes simply restarting the app fixes whatever issue it's having, sometimes there's nothing you can do but wait and come back later and hope it's gotten it's stuff together.

This app is garbage it's different everytime. Everytime I go to open it it says error call for assistance I click okay then it opens. When I go to make transaction sometimes it ask me verification question sometimes it has to text me verification code, this is just a few of frustrations of this poorly developed app. This app is enough to make anyone want to change banks, if there app is this messed up how do they operate

Horable app difficult to use most time will not even allow a log just get an error message to call the bank. I called tech support and they told me to restart my phone. I get the same error ever time I open the app. Restarting the phone DOES NOT FIX THE ERROR.
