The idea is pretty cool, but the reliability continues to dwindle each week. The servers constantly crash, reconnecting is a slow process that requires a few hardware resets. The cloud DVR loses recordings and scheduled recording preferences weekly requiring more effort to maintain than other app-based TV streaming services. It appears to get progressively worse as popularity grows with swelling numbers of subscribers. I'd give a solid 10/10 for the launch, 0/10 now at the point of cancelation.

I have had this cable company for 3 years and have had little issues but none big, until 2/27/22. The app completely disappeared off of my roku devices. I pay extra to go back 3 days on my cable and to record so I am currently paying 150 extra for nothing. I am still trying to fix the issue now

Easy to use and pretty simple to navigate around. Better yet no boxs and no fees for boxes with the app. The app source management could polish the streams a bit more but nothing really worth reporting at this time. Good job over all.
