Not cool guys, the app and the website don't work, it seems like the old website isn't being updated... I'm trying to book for Fantastic Four and Superman and some théâtres like mall of Africa are not showing up (unless it is shutting down)... I cannot get back the loyalty part of the booking process... Please get it sorted... The app loos good but it needs to work!

Flimgrail has clearly not thought out the payment and seat selection process when booking a movie. I have chosen seats under vitality options, chosen the snacks, then to my astonishment, doesnt present a payment gate for the tickets. went back and repeated the process, thinking i have left out a step. Those very seats are now unavailable. Let's see if you are able to assist swiftly or not.

Genuinely pathetic, this is such a downgrade from the original app. Firstly , it is not connected to the actual cinema terminals, meaning you cannot book in person using fanclub . secondly, it does not allow you to pay in some instances, with payment options not showing.multiple times ster kinekor managers have said it's a problem and hate it. slow load times, unclear errors. doesn't let you book half the time , and can't seem to properly retrieve club card details. worst booking experience.
