Does not work with new android system. Incompatible. App kept forcing my system to freeze to the point I could not uninstall the app, so had to do a hard reset on phone. Ridiculous, how much they charge fire depts for the software but can't give first responders a decent working app on Android. Last time this app was updated was 2017.

Was working fine, then it would only work with wifi. Then it stopped working completely. I uninstalled it and installed it again and it still doesn't work. When you rely on it you expect it to work. I deleted it completely. Looking back on all the negative reviews, there is not one reply from the company addressing the issue

Recently got Note 10+, was working for about a week now getting glitches and missing info but there is no updates available to fix this. Used to be able to use quick response to show I am enroute now that will not work or if I do the long way to show responding sometimes shows multiple responses from me after 1 response.
