I like the app. When it works. Used the old one all the time, and it was very useful. However, since the update, it hasn't worked. At first, I thought the network was down, but after waiting days, I found out it was the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, but still won't work. Now I have to access my accounts thru the website.

FCB app is so easy to use! I can easily look up my balance & transaction history. You can even deposit a check via photo! I started using the app after my debit card incurred fraudulent charges. Now I receive transaction notifications as they occur. This way, if a charge pops up that I didn't make, I can immediately flag as fraud & turn my card off, right in the app. I definitely recommend this for other FCB clients, I love the level of control & awareness it provides.

This app does the basics. It's definitely not cutting edge for folks who primarily do a majority of their banking online. The visuals are again basic. The checking register is more of a running list versus giving you a running balance with each transaction. Hard to determine what the running balance at the top truly reflects. This app also seems to take much longer for items to go from pending to actual. Just expected more from a larger institution in this age of online banking.
