This new app sucks! I am ready to close all my accounts and go elsewhere. Before transferring money was a breeze and I could move money around in less than a minute and now It is ridiculous how difficult things are and if I want to do a transfer from my credit card, I have to call in or secure message. with 1.5 hour wait times that isnt gonna cut it! worst idea ever! Rethink this because it was a terrible idea.

I completed the login registration on a browser. Downloaded the new app, went to log in with password I created on Chrome. I don't even exist. Not my email, ssn, account number. Yay.. I sure do hope I get a customer service rep I barely understand since they are located in a poor country where FCB can exploit their poverty.

the view for accounts is horrible. you all felt the need to change everything from the old app. I can't read anything and there is no option to change the background or anything. this new app has made it near impossible for me to do any banking and I can't even connect my rocket money to it so I can have a useful app to monitor my finances. thanks for being even more useless as a financial institution.
