I have had to redownload this app many times, just so I can log in to see my balance. Everytime after the first use post download, it will freeze on the login menu and wont allow me to click the username or password bar. Hell I can't even go to settings. In theory it's great to be able to check ur account balance from your phone....if you can login. Garbage application, with poor coding and maintanence. Honestly about at the point of swicthing banks.

This app use to work great; suddenly the online check deposit function is glitching. When taking the picture of your check it just holds that loading screen and won't continue onto the next. I've tried for the last week different times and restarting my phone/ app. Numerous times! Whats going on??? Please help- I work nights so it's hard for me to make it into the bank!! :( grrr

Love it. All my banking from my phone. I just deposited my first check from home. Pay all my bills, send money to my struggling kids, use my credit and debit cards, and the activity and fraud alerts let's me take a proactive role in security. 30 years ago, if you told me I'd be this enthused about electronic money management, I would have said "fat chance." But I was wrong. A life without cash is awesome. Well done First Federal!
