To use the Five Star CU Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a Five Star CU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

The app is a great tool. But as of late, I have not been able to deposit any check using the mobile deposit feature. The app states that the amount I typed in does not match the amount written on the check. I double check the amounts (numeric and written out) and they both match what I gave entered. Being that I live in an area where the closest branch is over 20 minutes, it creates a large inconvenience. I don't want to switch to a more local credit union, but I don't want to drive so far.

This is the best banking app ,always working and stays up to date with my money I love it.And I'm able to speak to someone quickly with the message option in the app .The online staff is very kind and willing to help.

Service for members of the military is almost non existent live international and can't keep your american phone good luck signing in, got a new device or new number use this sketchy 3rd party authentication app is it that fing hard to have the option to authenticate your new device through email instead of a garbage app
