Last update removed the timestamp from the list view. The map view always reverts back to static icons and never stays showing the dynamic icons (green, blue, arrows) which makes it 10x easier at a glance to see what is going on. Addresses 9 out of 10 times are off by several numbers. Can't get directions to assets by clicking on them, map doesn't show your location in relation to assets. Can't select a group of assets or select more than 1 to display on map. Overall poor user experience.

Slow loading. Doesn't work most of the time. Worst system I have ever used. Devise can be easily unplugged from trucks, have to constantly tell drivers to plug in again. Wont stay on vehicle have to relocate. Updates extremely slow when following vehicles. Must of us managers wont even use it it so frustrating. Waste of money and time...

sorting reviews by most recent I had to go back to 2019 for anything at all positive. this app has become really bad. the last 6 months or so, the app was barely functioning but I got the info I needed. today it seems to no longer work at all. I took it upon myself to uninstall / reinstall the app but now I can't login. all of these recent negative reviews over 18 months seem to be totally true. the app is no longer usable. yeah I know the answer. support. email. got it.
