About this app

FlickScan is a simple and cost effective solution to resolve clocking issues for employees on the go. This is an add-on module for Flick Solution’s Time management software (TMS), which allows supervisors to clock-in for his employees and also allow employees to clock-in by themselves using a smartphone.

Data Captured:
- Employee ID
- Sign in date and time
- Employee Face (jpeg photo)
- Project
- GPS location

Requirements:
- Static IP on client server
- Android 6.0 Marshmallow or higher
- 3G/4G or Wi-Fi internet connection
- Smart phone/tablet with GPS capability

Features:
- Built-in Offline mode to allow employees to clock-in/out even when there is no internet access
- Real-time Projects and Employees list synchronization
- Real-time phone activation and deactivation
- Accurate GPS capturing to reflect location of employee clocking in
- Support Supervisor and employee mode for different user type functions
- Simple clock-in feature allows for easy switching of projects for employees with multiple projects per day.
- Employee photo sending feature.

Note: An existing Time Management Software (TMS) from Flick Solutions is required to use the full functions of this app.
