EWA Disabled before cut off day sent a text on WhatsApp line no response given only started using the app last month but having issues accessing my wages

I have been messaging floatpays about the error i experienced over the weekend when buying electricity but no one is replying. I know they don't work weekends hence why i waited till today but no response even though it states currently replying in 2 mins and then changes to 6 mins. I have never had an issue buying electricity before and felt i needed to let them know there is a technical issue. No acknowledgement at all.

Does not reset voucher on app, details remain the same even after resetting the pin and voucher.
