The app doesn't work. I've had it for weeks. I get a constant server error when I try to check out. I now rarely order from them when I used to order twice a week at least. I was using the website, but even when logging in, it wasn't tracking my purchases so I lost out on rewards. Very disappointing.

So many bugs with the new app for Android users. Right now the new app is still not working for Android 12. At the moment, once we try to check out, the interface does not allow selecting a payment option. Instead it gets stuck selecting the credit card text itself, and it is not possible to progress. Did this company even test their stuff before releasing?

Notifications for a delivery order are lacking. I placed an order for delivery, which is serviced through GrubHub. I had to keep manually checking the status of the order within the app to see it's progress. Eventually, the option to track my order was no longer available, and I never received the delivery. I did not receive any emails or notifications throughout the process to let me know the status of my order. Likely the first and last time I use this app
