Often hangs while opening. The app is slower and less reliable than the old version. It has a lot more UI bells and whistles but the simpler version that loaded quickly was superior.

The new version is horrible. It's hard to navigate and takes forever for any messages to come through. It's not easy to use the app when sitting still. Forget it when in a hurry.

new update is absolute garbage. use to be intuitive and be able to respond when dispatched. now have to open a different tab just to complete that function, if it works. each time we are dispatched now the incident won't even load. I have to restart my phone each time then it will load the incident. when seconds count this "upgrade" takes minutes. extremely disappointed. wish I could give less than 1 star. I've been using this app for the past 5 years and loved it's functions prior to the change
