Ford has a market cap of $57 BILLION, and can't make their Credit app function. Unreal. Edit: I had scheduled my final payment the day before the app ending up breaking. The amount of time it took to process the payment and snail-mail me the title is quicker than the amount of time it will take to fix the app; the app that is still broken. Good thing the payment went through. Don't buy Ford. They could have had the app fixed a while ago, but chose not to spend the money.

So our Ecosport Malfunction and blew up it's under recall but Ford gives you the runaround!!! And we're trying to defer payment because we can't even get a loaner car under warranty but can't reach anyone for help! Can't get a loaner vehicle! Can't get our car back! After this loan is done probably won't ever buy a Ford again No One to help through this whole ordeal I spend 4 hours driving my husband back and forth from work each day because I still need my own car to get to work too!

App seems fine and functions for the most part. Lease milage meter doesn't update regularly. Other then that, app seems to work ok.
