I've logged in on my phone every couple weeks for over a year now, and still it asks me my security questions even after I get the password right... makes me nervous because I only remember one of them. I know my cookies are turned off, but still it's annoying, and I will not turn on data tracking to everyone so FSB can be happy. My other 3 bank apps do NOT do this to me. So FSB can step up their game a bit.

Used this app for a couple years just fine but ever since April I haven't been able to access my online or mobile banking. I've even called and had customer service unlock my account but I still can't access it. I'm considering pulling all my money out and going somewhere else because of this inconvenience

Needs better features. The only place it shows a balance is at the top of the page. It would be 1000x better if there was a running balance after each transaction. I have that on my other banking app. That update alone would get me to rank it 5 stars instead of just 3.
