Absolutely the worst banking app there is. Constantly getting signed out of the app. Sign in, a few days later you have to keep signing in. Moving my money to a bank where the app actually works Edit: the latest update is complete trash, try to login and there is no input for the one time password, so login fails every time, already moved most my money, moving the rest now

We apologize for the app signing you out so frequently. The app will automatically log users out after a small period of inactivity, including while minimized. For the one time password input issue, our team will look into this and will resolve it soon. Please expect a fix in an upcoming update.

Total fail. I have given up trying. I now get locked out of my account if I even try. LOSERS! Some of my past reviews follow. (fails to log in properly. sends a one-time password that seldom works, and I get locked out. I would hope for something more professional. EDIT: I still have to enter that OTP multiple times a day and skip the intro screens. I have entered my ONE-time password over 50 times this month. )

We apologize for the inconveniences caused by the OTP and for the Intro screens. The feature to skip the intro screens will be on on the next update. In addition, we will look into see why OTPs are having issues during login. The fix for this should be on the next app update as well.

I tried to log in with biometrics and it locked my account for failed passwords. it also asked for password and one time code while not telling me how to get the one time code. my account was locked by the time I got 3 or 4 emails about my codes. Terrible instructions after the update, I had no issues prior to the update. One of the reasons I've been planning on moving my money away from Franklin Templeton.
