WAS a good app for buying and selling used and new goods. But the sales has decreased considerably after the exorbitant increase in shipping and convenience charges. Many customers refrain from proceeding with the purchase after they see the final charges even if the product is set to the lowest possible price. They say it's more economical to buy from local shop or other online platforms. Cash and coins do not have the same value but have the same convenience charges !! Not good.

I selected the option to withdraw ₹792, but after doing so, the amount neither reached my account nor did I receive any notification. Nothing happened, and now my cash balance is showing as zero. I am also unable to contact support in any way—there is no option related to this issue, and I cannot even send a mail. I want my money refunded.

I’ve been using FreeUp for a while now, and here’s my honest experience: FreeUp is a great app if you want to buy and sell pre-loved fashion at affordable prices. The interface is easy to use, and listing products takes very little time. Shipping is handled smoothly, and the tracking updates are usually accurate. I like that the app has a lot of trendy and budget-friendly options, so you can explore many pieces without spending too much.
