Was doing what I needed until about a week ago, the app only shows an error code. Would like to know when they will get it fixed. Having to go to the website is annoying on the phone. The App finally let me log in after nearly 2 weeks. Annoyed how it takes me out of the app to a browzer to pay bills, what the point of that? the point of an app is to do everything in the app!

My top issues: 1. It takes you outside the app to accomplish bill pay. In our society that has so much internet fraud, why would you have your financial platform moving you from the safe app to an outside browser? 2. Accounts are missing. I can't make payments on that credit account in the app. The bank told me they were breaking rules and policy over the past several years and fixed it. 3. The accounts only show you a few transactions. You hit "see more" to see a few more, repeat, repeat.

It's bad enough that I can no longer view my balance through the old app, but this one is throwing errors after asking for my SSN. Seriously, I'm not able to log in or see my balance. Change is hard and making digital infrastructure that works for everyone is a challenge at the best of times, but I'd rather have the choice to have limited functionality on one app than be locked out of both.
