About this app

This app is for you if you are enrolled in an FSAFEDS Health Care FSA, Limited Expense FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA.
This app makes it easy to submit claims for all FSAFEDS benefits, for quick reimbursement or to direct payments to your provider.
Use this app to submit claims any time:
• Health care claims – simply take a photo of your receipt with your phone
• Dependent care claims – capture your provider’s signature in the app or submit a photo of your receipt
Also:
• View your current account balance and other important plan info
• View all claims submitted via the app, online or fax
• View Claims & Activity, all transactions for all programs, just like on our website
• View the Account Statement for available programs, just like on our website
• Update your Profile & Preferences, sign up for detailed emails and texts, just like on our website

This app requests permission to access SMS (to automatically read and enter the one-time PIN received via text message) and your phone (to initiate a call to Customer Service) – both at your request.

I used think this was a five star app, easy UI, but the redesigned has made the text much smaller and difficult for aging eyes to read. I liked the text size before the redesign. And yes and I change the default text for my OS, but that increases the size for all the apps, and i don't need that. Frankly this app is unusable given the tiny font size.

Super simple to submit pay me back claims. It'd be cool if this was easier to pay a provider with on demand. You have to put in a lot of info from the bill and it's easy to mess up -- not because of the app, but every provider is different and it can be hard to tell which of the various numbers on there is what's actually needed.. If you could just show someone a barcode at the office and have them scan it or something, that'd be great way to help simplify that.

All of the possible options for a claim are not listed. Just the "most common". And you have to dig a bit to find that if yours isn't on the list. Well then use other. Getting the Provider name to list is also not intuitive. Good news is it is better than the online version I was using on my phone in which pictures were always too big of a file upload.
